Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Sir,
I have given a blank cheque as security deposit to my builder for constructing my house and I have paid the amount through online Rs.14 Lakhs and Rs. 2 Lakhs through cash (total amount Rs.16 lakhs) however he has not given receipts for the same, as the quality of the building is very poor I told to the builder to rectify it if not I will take legal action
after that he had deposited the cheque for Rs. 4 lakhs and it got bounced and I have received the summons from the Megistrate.
Would anybody please suggest me how to come out of this.

Dear client tell the magistrate that u have given blank cheque and u have not fill up amount in it. File case against builder in consumer court for deficiency in service. For any legal help call me
