Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Hi Sir,
I have taken interim custody of my child age 7 months since my wife left home 4 months before leaving my 3 months old child with me in home. Since then, her father and some times her uncle use to take my daughter to meet her with her mother twice in month for few hours in morning and return her back in evening. Custody case is still pending in court but my father in law and his brother took my daughter on Tuesday (18-11-2014) morning and they did not return her back in evening as promised. I have interim custody papers with me. how can I get my daughter back and what can I do again my father in law and his bother. They have switched their mobiles and its been 5 days now. Can I get help from police? or court? Can they take my daughter like this even after having interim custody granted by court?

as the interim custody is in your favour, you may approach the court and seek directions from the court concerned.
