Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Hello sir..

I m advocate by degree. Meri sanad 2012 ki hai but practice nahi kari hai....and meri family dispute ki matter court me chal rahi hai...usme mere advocate ne ek case ki fees 40,000/- fix kari thi...aur 30,000 advance liye hai mere se... 2 mahine k baad unhone mere case se resign kar diya hai...par mere paise vapas nahi kar rahe hai.. unki attendance ki fees kaat k dusre paise maine vapas mage but dadagiri kar rahe hai.

2 months me koi kaam kiya nahi hai only attendance k 30,000 jyada hai..cheating ki hai

So how can I refund my money ?

I dont advice any complaint. Usually lawyers do not complaint against lawyers. In fact lawyers appear free for fellow lawyers. Just meet him in person, request him polietly and give examples where lawyers have helped fellow lawyers. I am sure he will agree.
