Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Sir,
I married on jan 2015 only after 10 days staying at native and then travelling from my native to mumbai where i work. After mumbai the consummation custom was informed and it was not done. my wife doesnot interest in marriage life and left by making scene in home along with parents. they lodged compliant in all women police station. i got AB from hc, due to not able to get surieties and AB extension applied to hc and i got and surrendered to court on march 2015. Before surrendering two days earlier, I went to police enquiry they asked me all details and threaten me and abused me and my parents. Finally they asked for compensation or come live with girl home for 3 months. I rejected those things and i informed them that i will see any compliant against me in court. till now there is no fir is filled against me. so what is the next call from court arrive?
