Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Sir/Madam,

I have already filed Domestic Violence and Section 125, for maintenance including a complaint in CAW Cell (Crime Against Women) against my husband for his bad behaviour. I have complaint ONLY against my Husband but recently, I have come to know that my husband has filled a case against me and my family in his local area court for 420, 506 and 120 B. Sir, I including my family have never cheated anyone for all life. I got cheated by him and his family. My husband is a pervert and this thing was hidden by my in-laws. Now, what to do? I and my family have never threatened him or his family instead he has threatened me and I have proofs of this also. I know the date of first hearing in the court, Can I go there without summon? Or should I wait for summon? Because on the one hand he has filed HMA Section 9 (Hindu Marriage Act) and with the help of his lawyer, the summon could not reach me. What if again he and his lawyer would do it again and I would not receive the summon.

Kindly help. He�s dragging my whole family.
