Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Hello Sir\Madam,

I wanted to seek some help from you regarding the 498a case.

My case is lodged in Rajsthan and I work in Bangalore, Karnataka.

Its been around 4+ years my ex-wife and in laws have filed a false 498a case against me and also been arrested for the same.. And its been around 2 Years we got Mutual divorce and She got Married to someone. We have also signed a Documented Notary with all the Mutually Agreed points.

Can the court issue an arrest warrant again on me.?

Now I've a hearing date on 25th of Nov and The Other party has agreed to withdraw the case. (but I still suspect). I also doubt my advocate that he is playing smart to earn moeny from me. Not sure if my In Laws have bribed him to do so.

Now my concern is on how to get rid of this case completely.? Also can I transfer my case to a different Lawyer and get this case closed at the earliest.?

I'm still single and waiting for Justice. I dont want to take revenge or any as such. I want things to cool down and everyone can gets out of this tension. I dont want to trouble my family anymore.

did you get the divorce by mutual consent through court of law or it was just a notarized agreement? was it not mentioned in the mutual consent divorce that she would withdraw her 498a and other cases against you and the stridhan, maintenance and alimony is settled once for all?
