Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Sir/Mam,

My lover was in contact from March 2011.After durga puja 2014, I came to know he has cheated me in every way possible for him.

1)I am from comput sc stream in which B.ED. is not possible.In d very 1st intro he had said he is a proffessor. He said he would contact his prof. friends and investigate whether comp. b.ed. is possible from any place. After some days he said I can do it from Kurukshetra univ. Haryana , and since his friend is there he said he would make him do d admision process. He asked me to give 2 lakhs for this for 2 candidates , myself and my sister, and got the money transferred by me in 2 different accounts instalment wise, by saying it was the frend prof. accounts, by neft. But he never gave me the receipt or any roll no or admission no.

2) My mother had expired in 1989, and father expired in 2013. We became guardian less and he acted as our sole god father.

3) One month after my fathers demise, he did the drama his both kidney have failed and he is going to die , if transplantation is not done. Making me emotionally fool,he asked for money help, he took my ATM card with password, and withdrew 2,85,000 from the ATM at his Place(Durgapur) in Oct 2013. I want to know if I can get CCTV footage or his finger print on the card.

4) As financial assistance further , he asked me to help with 1.5 lakhs which I did Neft to his own account..

5) The rest money he took cash at different times , as financial assistance.

In this durgapuja 2014 I came to know he is already married, and cheated in every way , and cheated 9 lakhs from me .

Sir, pl help me how can I recover my money, How can I prove and recover ATM withdrawl and cash given to him.
