Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
sir,
my cheque is mis used by brother,'s friend.he stolen my cheque and deposited in bank and got return memo with insufficient funds.even he forged my sign on cheque.alsohe created a forged promisory note that i have borrowed an amount of 2 lakh rurees with 24% interest rate.and nw he send me a lawer notice to repay the amount in 15 days.what action should i take against him.plz help me

please file a complaint against him and get a FIR lodged against him. secondly reply to the notice and place these facts therein.But please bear in mind that whatever you have said is true and not a mere albi which could be disproved. for further query contact at 9312411481
