Sir,
My husband gave me declaration stated that i will give dowry money back to my wife within one year.. so that police forced me to withdrw my 498 complaint against that declaration. now one year is completed and my husband did not gave me single panny as per his declaration.. my brother called him for money so he had sent a whats app photo of a new affidavit done by him stated that my wife has forced me to sign the declaration..aslo he did not inform us abt this new affidavit.
Police and my husband cheated me and wasted my time.
Now what shud i do now..? He kicked me out of his house since 2 years..Can i file f.ir of 498 ? That police office r is still at same police station so shud i file 498 at mahila polive staiin ?
Ek bar declration banaya to fir dusra afidavit bhi bana skte hai kya ? Ye to cheating hai na..aur ek sal k baad dikha rahe hai..Aisa thodi chalta hai ?
What shud i do sir..
Court bhi band hai..gunegar ko to maja agaya hai.

It seems that you have not taken assistance of any advocate. You can again file complaint with police and also complaint case. Take help of competent lawyer.
