Hello sir
My in-laws and sister in law approached gujrat highcourt for quashing of 498 , 420 FIR. From last 2 years they r delebratly lingering the matter, and even dnt touch the board, also notice issue bhi nahi hua hai abhi tak
1) may I go with the lawyer on next date and present my self ? Or i shud wait for the notice to be issued by hc. ? What shud I do kindly guide me plz.
