Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
sir,
my late father have worked for AP transport department,in 1995 ACB raided our residence and seized a house belonging to my mother
my father have expired on 2003 and there was no one to take care about the case and ACB court have ordered to seize the property,we approched high court and taken stay and pleaded to open the case
please suggest me what to do

The criminal case does not survive after death of the suspect. You are rightly pursuing your remedy before the High Court. All the best.
