Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Hello sir,
My mom stayed in one home for rent. I was got married in 2011 n staying inthe same area with my husbnds family. My mom house owner gave some less money n now demanding for 6lakhs and 50pawn gold n also complained in police I bought that 50pawn for my marriage purpose.. But I didnt get single rupee also from her and also she dont have any Proof of me to that gold or money. Only for 6lakhs she beated my mom n get a signature n whitr paper n then my mom shifted home from that house. Now my mom staying somehwhere long. Now this lady complaint in crime saying that my mom got money then for my marriage i got 50pawn from her. Un crime they caled me I said I didnt get from her anything but they are not believing me. They searching my mom I think she raised a court case under that lady name..
My question is after my mom raised a court case.
Did she case raised a court case under name without anyproof?
Even not much contact with my family this lady want me to join me in this case bec she knows me n my Husband earning good..
Or else I will go first n raise a case on her name or not required anything
