Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
sir,my wife filed 498a.dv on me and my family.we are under councelling stsge.FIR is not registered.i dont want to comprise with her because she is wrongly alleged on me. i dont want to come her back to me.i want to divorce her.i dont want to pay any money to her. because she is cheated me and my family. what should i do/speak in my next councelling which will be in next week of june 2016.
1: is it better to compromise now and then after is it good to apply for divorce next.
2: should i tell the councelling people ,that i dont want to live her any more. pls help mee
