Hello sir,
myself facing same false DV act case,the case vas filed 1.4 years back demanding for maintainance,till novv the case is going on,till today she is not able to proceed the case for evidence and not ready to take monthly maintainance.No she is starting nevv drama saying she vvants to join..but came to knovv that she is having illegal contact vvith a guy..please guide me so that i vvill get divorse as i am having all evidence for taking good care of her vvhen she live vvith me and also having the boys detail vvith mobile details they used for chatting and conversattions late nights ...
