sir
police did not file charge sheet for 11 yrs in IPC 468/471. filed petition u/s 482 to high court to direct police to file chargesheet. high court order to police to file final report within 3 months. since police did not file final report more than 8 months sent contempt notice. police filed final report to court stating since no evidence/document could not file chargesheet for 11 yrs. so this final report can be accepted by magistrate or he can denied as punishment is 7 yrs. pl explain
