Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
My sister husband in Electricity department and want give divorce to my sister & I am having one small factory/plant due season off I have put lock on date 16/01/14 to till time
1. One day 22/01/14 i got information that any person brake Seal my electric Meter then have give one complaint(Tehreer) to police and complaint copy submit to Electric SDO at 11.40am and EX. Eng. Electric department in same day(date 22/01/14).
2. Next day date 23/01/14 i have seen on my plant that my electric meter is not their it means any person theft my electric meter after that I have give complaint to police and get FIR then FIR copy submit to Electric SDO in same day (date 23/01/14)
3. date 06/02/14 I receive one letter from Electricity department that electric vigilance team visit on 22/01/14 in noon time and take my electric meter due brake seal that information i have already give electric department
4. As per rule of Electric department absence in consumer he can't take my meter in any condition. some person tell me he has doing video graph y
5. Now I have doubt that he has done some thing wrong with my Electric meter
he has done these all for making presser for divorce because my sister' husband send me massage through one person that if you want to safe from this matter than tell your sister for divorce
So I want to know that what type case I can do on Electric department
