Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
hi, My sister in law is getting threatening calls from her ex that he will commit suicide if she doesn't talk with him. She doesn't have any interest in that relation. Currently he is working in mumbai and my sister in law is working in guntur( andhra pradesh). Please let me know will we face any consequences if he do anything to himself. Can we complain in our local police station regarding this? Will it be helpful? or do we need to raise a complaint in mumbai police station only.
