Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
My sister is married in feb 2015 via shaddi.com They live together for almost a month and from then my sis stay with my parents. Whole family of groom side is not even wish to talk over phone or by any means. Is there any best time to file a case of cheating or so?

Dear client yr sister have to file dowry harassment complaint under sec 498 a of Indian penal code against husband and his family with women cell of police. She can also file domestic violence case for mental harassment. For any legal help call me
