Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
my sister-in-law falsely claiming that she is a co-owner of my premises and she filed 144(2) that she may not be evicted from my own house. In 144(2) she is claiming that she is a co-owner. And now she and her husband is trying to capture my own house. My house was purchased by my husband, who died in 2005 . Now, I alongwith my two minor children is owners.
What shall I do?

you need to strongly move the 144 and get all your papers well prepared
