Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
My sister's husband is psycho he has been torturing her mentally for past 20 years she is scared to get into these things.he has recently admitted that he had a habit of going to inappropriate places she has lost her complete patience and also scared as her daughter is growing. so ,how can we proceed further
