Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
My sister's marriage was on 15/02/2013.My sister's husband behaved properly for first 1 month.After that he take doubt on my sister and my aunt's son,who is brother in relation to her.My sister's husband knows that nothing is there between my sister and aunt's son.But he says it often.My sister's mother in law,father-in law,brother in law often tortures my sister and sister's husband always beats him.He demands money.My sister's mother in law's character is not good and always cheats her husband.Now we brought my sister to our home due to daily physical torture.What case we do file against them?Plz inform me to [email protected]
