Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
If one of (SOG) policeman is tracing me by my mobile location in the influence of some unsocial elements and providing the information of my presence to them, how can i get the information that when and where has my mobile location been traced by police department.

if they traced the mobile location they must have done it without maintaining the records. yet if you want you may seek the information through RTI application.
