Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
my son injured by rod ,therewas 12 stiching.FIR LODGED UNDER IPC 325.accuse got bail.now accused relatives as well as accuse started phone calls to withdraw the case.i lodged a N.C. under IPC 507.Pl.suggest me for next step?
