Legal Question in Criminal Law in Bangladesh

My son is 7 years old, i used to live with my father, me my wife and my son. my father is widowed, my son used to pass his time with his grand paa after his school . when my son was 4 my father started to abuse him by shoing him pornography, telling mature physical matters , i didnt kniw it at the beginning , two years back from now.. i saw my son muserbating , i took him to psychiatric. he suggested me to talk with my father ,when i asked my father about this he went crazy or probebly scared , after that my father went to police and made FIR of me and my wife saying that we wanted to kill him with knife...we were arrested my wife was in jail for one week, and i was in jail for 4 months...i came out in bail in 2016 september now we are staying in rental house...i had a business of rehabilitation center for drug abuser in my mothers house which we give power to my father after my mom passed away...i want justice for what happend to my son. still now he isnt cured out of that night mares ,isnt going school becouse my financial condition.....help me please
