Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
My spouse launch a false FIR against me and my father. We are on bail. My father need to go for USA for few months as his green card is about to expire. My question is is his name autimatically come to blacklist or ecl or is there any other restriction come on him as a result of this false FIR.
