Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
someone has been spying on me they have been recording my every day to day activities and have hacked my phones and PC and given direct access to certain ppl on social media to harass me , what legal actions could I take against these people .they do it via my ISP and some other methods, I feel like a Prisoner in my own home this has been going on for over 2 years,they have tried to defame me and even certain threats albeit not directly to my name have been made on social media,these ppl threaten to reveal my personal life data and information to the whole world and have already done so , I dont have much money and currently am not working what can I do ?these people are connected some in place of authority and rich well off , I am still avoiding naming or coming out of it into direct open legal battle with hopes that they would get bored and leave me in peace but now things have become very difficult for me
