If any of the Union Of India (Central Government) Laws which are an inconsistently amended through by Repealed, & Replaced, Or Which're Redundant, come's under the Doctrine Of Repugnancy of an Article 254(2),(3) accordingly R/w., Under Schedule VII Of List's - I(Union); II(State); III(Concurrent) of the Constitution Of India, and cured with by Consistancy over passing alternative Laws under discretion of concerned State Government under promulgation, as to such Laws shall override's an Union Laws to the extent of Consistancy, & shall going to be prevail.
