what is the statutory period of u/s-326 ipc ? you have answered that you entitled to get bail immediately .But one accds.person in custody 73 days .Charge-sheet not submitted by the I.O .Ld. Magistrate says to me that said sec. statutory period 90 days ,I said that 60 days .LdJ.M rejected bail prayer . my specific question that in 326 ipc stattutory period 60 or 90 days ? If 60 days where I will get explanation?

where the sentence is less than 7 years in a case then it is 60 days else 90 days.
Ask your lawyer for clarification.
