Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
What is the next step in Domestic Violence Case, in the case of failure of mediation. One Interim maintenance is applied, how many months it will take for getting maintenance. If the husband happens to be earning around 60-70 K and owns house and car etc, how much amount the court may grant.

The court may award a reasonable amount sufficient for living of the wife. We cannot predict the time taken. However, interim maintenance should be awarded in the nearest possible future.
