Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
My stolen mobile phone has been recovered by police. now because i got my phone I don't want any action to be taken over him as the accused is very much poor and has dependents. What should I do?

You can tell the police that. They will inform the Government Pleader that you dont want to pursue the case. You will have to stand in the witness box and say as the Government Pleader tells you to say.
