Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Is storage of Poly Urethane Foam (p.u.foam) which are commonly used for mattresses illegal in accordance with Inflammable Substance Act 1952 or any other act in the Indian Constitution. Can a person sue me for storage of p.u.foam as they feel that they are highly inflammable and are not allowed to be stored.
