Subject : Dating a foreign Minor in INDIA
Hello Sir,
I would like to know if dating a foreign minor national in India is illegal. By dating i mean going out for dinner or for outings or hanging out with my girl friend who came to visit me with her mother with both our parents consent and knowledge. I have heard of lots of problems faced some due to public view and some due to laws . I want to make sure there is not law stopping me from going out with her. My girlfriend is Italian.

it is fine till meeting but in case you even have consensual physical relation, you may be charged with rape as she has not achieved the age of consent.
