Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
I submitted an application regarding 249-a in the light of 03 justice of supreme court of pakistan ( db ) in the court of judicial magistrate in criminal case on ground 50 date of hearing passed witnesses of the case are not appeared in the court several times bail able and non bail able warrants are issued from the honorable court but i got received 249 instead of 249-a and release from the case in term of 249 , i want to know that sir it is a violation of honorable supreme court order or not because the decision of supreme court order implement to all courts in pakistan thanks
