Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Suppose a person had foreplay with my wife and I have proof of it like pics etc, But I know that foreplay done with my wife is with all her consent, and even she is also saying that foreplay done with her was all with her consent.I also know very well that no sexual intercourse have taken place. Now what I want to know is that on the basis of foreplay only can I make any complaint against the person who have done foreplay with my wife , and the foreplay done with her was all with her consent and will.
One more thing I would like to add is that foreplay took place in an open park
and the foreplay was only smooching her and playing with her boobs.

you can file complaint against that person but you require to produce proof.
