I got to know that supreme court has passed a statement that 90% of wifes are speaking lie against their in-laws and husband. So, court has advices that husband should get divorce in a week. it does not matter who files the case. now i want to know that if its a mental and some what physical harressment case and they are also asking for dowry and harresing the wife and wife is having 1.6 year little baby, then also court will do such kind of things that wife is speaking lie. everytime its not possible that wife have proof. what if wife is totally trusting her husband and in laws and suddenly it turns up like these.

She is being harressed since first day of marraige mentally by taunts and asking for money from her etc. but she can take that compromise can run her life, so initally she has not taken any steps, but there is limit of everything after 4years of marriage if she wants to file 498 case against the man and in-laws then. and that husband is not taking care of the baby since 6 months and left them in bad state, no calls from his side to know whats baby doing. even after so many calls from his wife.

lastly his husband said that there no importance of his child and his wife in his life except his mother.

what should wife do?

1) What u said is not to be generalized the SC said.

2) The court had some advice for women who file complaints under Section 498A. "When you file complaints under Section 498A, be circumspect and truthful. Do not drag old parents if they had no role in causing any harassment to you. You unnecessarily involve old people in your complaint, you end up ruining the marriage," it said. But the court was quick to clarify that it was not giving a certificate to erring in-laws.

3) Who said there is a limit of 4 years after marriage to file 498A case.
