Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
After taking pts sign on declaration and filling 17 colomns of F form pts sonography for
pregnacy was done .Doctor signed on declarition form pt happened to come on evening
at 7 pm and I had to attend emergency Ct scan so I did not write diagnosis and did not
signed F form .
F form is to be submitted before 5th of every month and online in 24 hrs
Is it legaly correct to write diagnosis next day and sign.
