Is telephonic recording legal ? can i use telephonic recording as a proof during quashing the f.i.r. / arrest stay ? is it valid evident ? if yes in which section please suggest me , i have telephonic conversation recording between me and asi / investigation officer and he admitted that f.i.r. is totally false and lodged under politically pressure
