i am a tenant more then 38 years old.my previous land lord sri Anadi mondal sold this portion sri jibon krishna chakroborty more then 16 years previous without any information.now j k chakroborty want to make a building by promoter.so what can i do?

U hv to vacate and handover. The tenant cannot become owner by long stay as SC ruled in recent cases.
