time limt to book case for cheque bounce..only criminal action..under ipc and crpc for cheating..breach of trust

Dear client u can file case under sec 138 of n i act for cheque bounce case. U have to send legal notice through lawyer first within 30 days from cheque bounced date. If he will not refund money then file case in court. For any legal help call me
