Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Someone in another town committed an money related offense against me. As the cause of action is in his town (even my bank account is not in his town) I guess I will have to sue him only in his district court, is that right? Also firstly I want to send a legal notice, and also file a complaint with the police. Do these actions also have to happen from his town only?

the legal notice can be sent fromyour town. the FIR will be registered where the offence took place. The civil dispute will be in the place where the cause of action or part of cause of action arose or where the respondent resides. For further query contact 9312411481.
