during trail u/s 138 ni act . application of expert opinion of signature trail court dismissed. Applicant was not challenge said order in Apex court. trail court has convict the applicant. Than of the appellate stage applicant can take ground on the trail court wrongly dismissed application of expert opinion of signature

In appeal , Appeallate court can order for expert opinion if challenged the signature in appeal.
