Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I was doing transaction in a atm . A person stranding behind me observed my pin. Later I kept my atm on the atm. In no more time person standing behind me exchanged that atm with another atm card. Later he took out 59000 from my account. I have filed a police complain. Apart from this what can I do to recover my money. Police says that I will not get my money back

the atm will have a cctv footage ask the police to establish the identity of the person through the same and he can be connected to the crime from the cctv footage of the atm where he withdrew the cash. first let a criminal case be filed and the accused be arrested .If the police takes no action you can approach the court . for clarifications contact 9312411481
