Legal Question in Criminal Law in United Arab Emirates

I'm trapped with insurance company in UAE and they are demanding me to pay them big amount for claimed medicinal services which I was covered for they also but harassing me with wrong statements. They open a police complain file against me and police offer demanded that both of us should met and close, the day when I went to their office they started harassing me by closing there office room and forced me to write a letter which they dictated then they both also counter signed the same letter as witness. I need a suggestion from you on the next steps, what should I do as they are mentally pressuring me n due to police complain I have lost my job. Now I don't have job n have school going children as 4 in-dependants under me. Plz advice. Thx
