Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I have been tricked into marriage. The girls mother is Scheduled cast (Christian) and her father is my community. She has got criminal cases against her, which we were not aware before marriage. My question is will it be a problem if her family files a case against us since she is scheduled cast ?
