Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Type your question Her father make a bond paper writing & signing himself that we are divorce on 20.12.2015. later on27.02.2016 i remarried.then my xwife filed two cases.one maintenance & other is 498a & 494.but police submit FR against this section &mentioned; that the case is totally false.now maintenance Rs 3000 per month is granted.now what will happen with me sir?

you need to strongly contest the case
