Type Your Question Here...i hired a known lawyer he took some signed papers amd a blank cheque from my widow mother in 2003 . then in 2005 his cousin sister filed a complaint on me and my mother that we took ₹6 lac from her for sending her son abroad when we failed to send her son abroad my mother settled the litigation by issuing her cheque of ₹6 lacs in presence of lawyers elder brother and his father in law and cousin sister at his fathers house . police filed a FIR then after investigation police filed cancellation report on which complainent didnt agree amd filed an complaint case (420 ipc) in other city she filed 138ni amd jmic convected mother 2 year RI , not its in session court what can i do as i will not pay that bastard even a single rupee....i want justice ...plz give ur suggestions
