Legal Question in Criminal Law in Australia
Can u be charged with "Unlawfull possession of a Motor vehicle with out being seen in it or the vehicle being dicvovered by police as if there was no vehicle ?

If there is no direct evidence there would need to be strong circumstantial materials such as 'Intercepts' to suggest that you committed the offence.
