Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
my uncle broken my brother's hand.we went police station,they were not ready to put FIR on my uncle as they have received some amount from my uncle.After we forced,they put FIR on him.After some 10 months,now only police called and said we filled charge sheet and now we want to make some statement for crime scene area details,asking us to bring the witness.my sister and me are witness.But they don't want to put us in that.can you please what they are playing.what should i do.

you can complain against the investigating officer if you feel that the inquiry is not being conducted properly.
