underSECTION 138 OF NEGOTIABLE INSTRUMENTS ACT can a cheque once bounced may be sent to concerned bank twice. If so plz sent copy of under rules

A cheque may be presented any number of times during its validity, but not after sending a notice to the drawer u/s 138 of the NI ACT.You may drop in a detailed query at [email protected]
