Unsolved Homicide
How can I get the State back involved in this case/investigation?It,s been almost 4 years since the homicide.I want to know how to pull the state back in.

Your best approach is to contact the local homicide detective to whom the case was assigned and see whether it can be reactivated or whether someone working so-called "cold cases" can now take a fresh look at it.
